No surprise fees, no fine print you find out about later. Here is the full lease structure for every unit at 21 Sanchez Street — the same terms whether you take a 400 sq ft unit or 800.
1-year minimum lease
Every lease runs a minimum of one year. Longer terms can be discussed directly with the owner.
Security deposit: one month's rent
A deposit equal to one month's rent is due at signing and held for the length of the lease, refundable at move-out under normal wear and tear.
Straightforward terms
Every agreement is made directly with the owner — no agent fees added to your rent or deposit.
What's included
Your rent covers more than the space

- Routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas, corridors and washrooms
- 24/7 access to your unit, every day of the week
- Ample on-site parking for you, your staff and your customers
- Burglarproofing, full CCTV coverage and a location two blocks from the Arima Police Station
